I have prepared an Excel spreadsheet that will allow you to log in your food selections, with calorie, fat, sodium and carb content. This spreadsheet will automatically total each category for each meal of the day. I have logged in a few breakfast items with calorie content as a guide. You can delete my information and replace it with your own.
